The Edgar Bar in Edgar, Montana was one of my favorite dine-in restaurants during my short stay in the West.  I didn't ever have the chance to have a date night there, but my parents were kind enough to treat me to their well-marbled Ribeye several times. 

On our next visit to Cowboy Country, I'll be sure to make reservations and plan my best 35-year-old mom of two outfit, with these strappy heels as the sex appeal.
